This is an appeal from a post-judgment order imposing a sanction on an attorney. In three issues, appellant Oscar Rey Rodriguez generally contends the trial court abused its discretion in issuing the sanction order against him and the sanction imposed violated his constitutional rights. Because we conclude there is no evidence to support the trial court's fact finding that is the basis of its sanction order, we reverse...
