DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

Nelton Eugene Myers challenges his civil commitment as a sexually violent predator. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 841.001-.150 (West 2010). He argues that the trial court erred in the submission of the jury charge. He also asserts that the evidence is insufficient to prove that he is a sexually violent predator, or that he would engage in a predatory act for the primary purpose of victimization...
