This is an accounting dispute. Paint Rock Operating, LLC filed suit against Chisholm Exploration, Inc. and Chisholm Production, Inc. to collect costs it incurred as operator of four leases.1 The trial court conducted a bench trial and awarded Paint Rock $3,927.40, but denied the majority of its requested relief.
