PER CURIAM.

The State of Texas brings this appeal from the trial court's order granting appellee Robert Gerardo Sepeda's motion to suppress. The State charged appellee with one count of unauthorized discharge of industrial waste. Appellee filed a motion to suppress. The trial court granted the motion to suppress, prompting this appeal by the State.
