By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Cypress Texas Lloyds ("Cypress"), seeks to compel the trial court to withdraw its order denying Cypress's motion to abate the underlying litigation and to require the real party in interest, Patricia Martinez, to provide presuit notice in compliance with the Texas Insurance Code and to submit to an examination under oath.2
