Opinion By Justice FITZGERALD.

The City of Dallas brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of the City's plea to the jurisdiction. The City raises four issues in this Court, contending that all of appellee Maurya Patrick's claims fail for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We agree with the City. Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's order, and we dismiss Patrick's action...
