Jennifer and Dale Hightower appeal from the trial court's orders dismissing their case for failure to file an adequate expert report. In two issues, the Hightowers contend: (1) the trial court erred in dismissing their case because the expert reports complied with the law; and (2) the expert report requirements violate the Texas Constitution.
