In this interlocutory appeal, Jerry Wilkerson appeals the trial court's order denying his special appearance. Appellee RSL Funding, L.L.C. sued Wilkerson for defamation, libel, and business disparagement, all based upon statements made by Wilkerson on third-party internet sites.
