Ms. Linda Sims appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment entered in favor of Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc., ("Grapevine"). She raises four issues, challenging the merits of the summary judgment, and arguing that a subsequent dismissal order does not bar this Court's review.
