JEFF ROSE, Justice.

Appellee Jerilyn Webre was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Webre filed a pretrial motion to suppress the test results from a sample of her blood drawn pursuant to a warrant, arguing that the probable-cause affidavit supporting the warrant was deficient because it did not specify what the police intended to do with her blood after it was drawn. The trial court agreed and issued an order suppressing Webre's blood...
