Seeking to collect the balance due on a promissory note (Note) and to foreclose on land securing the Note, appellant Prabhakar Guniganti, M.D., sued a limited partnership of which he, and appellees Laxman Kalvakuntla, M.D., Sarma S. Challa, M.D., and Bhagvan R. Malladi, M.D., were partners. Appellees, who with Guniganti were guarantors of the Note, intervened, arguing limitations...
