Appellant/cross-appellee, Texas Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. ("Farm Bureau"), appeals from the jury's verdict and award to appellees/cross-appellants, Shannan Rogers and Cristen Bazan ("the Heirs"), in a suit involving a homeowner's insurance policy. We reverse and render judgment that the Heirs take nothing.
