This appeal is one of three proceedings arising from Jeffrey London's attempts to obtain payment of a judgment from the proceeds of the debtor's voluntary sale of her homestead. Debtor Leticia London argues that we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, and she asks that we dismiss this appeal and sanction Jeffrey. Although we deny the motion for sanctions, we agree that we lack jurisdiction over this proceeding. Accordingly...
