John and Cathy Harris appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Inc. d/b/a Ebby Halliday Realtors ("Halliday" or "Halliday Real Estate"). The Harrises raise two issues on appeal.
