OPINION

MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellants, Concept General Contracting, Inc. (Concept) and Capitol Indemnity Corp. (Capitol), appeal a judgment awarding damages to appellee, Asbestos Maintenance Services, Inc. (AMS), in an amount of $120,883.95. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
