Appellant, Katherine Michelle Nadal, appeals from her conviction for causing serious bodily injury to a child. She raises seven issues on appeal, contending: (1) the evidence is legally insufficient to sustain the verdict, (2) the evidence is factually insufficient to sustain the verdict, (3) the evidence is legally insufficient to sustain the jury's finding that she used a deadly weapon in commission of the offense...
