I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Nyagudi O. Okumu appeals the trial court's order that, among other things, appointed Appellee Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as the temporary guardian of the estate of Erma Lee Bays. In four issues, Okumu contends that the trial court failed to properly serve him notice of the temporary guardianship hearing; that the trial court deprived him of due process of law when it ordered that he turn over funds...
