Through this original proceeding, relator, Motor Trike, Inc. ("Motor Trike"), seeks to compel the trial court to either enter a take-nothing judgment on the jury's verdict or to "enter a written order specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for its refusal to enter judgment on the jury's verdict and order for a new trial."
