The appellant, Dennis Wayne Limon, Jr., was convicted of the offense of deadly conduct and sentenced to three years' imprisonment. On appeal he challenged the trial court's denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence, and the Thirteenth Court of Appeals reversed.
