This case was tried, appealed, reversed and remanded in part, tried again on the issue of attorney's fees, and is now before us again on a second appeal. In five issues, Cessna Aircraft Company ("Cessna") asserts the trial court erred in rendering a "second final judgment," and claims the judgment is a nullity depriving this court of jurisdiction.
