Following a jury trial in which the jury found, among other things, the existence of a partnership, the trial court signed a document titled "Interlocutory Order" which included various orders the trial court deemed necessary for the orderly disposition of the case, including an order appointing a special master to assist in the valuation of the partnership and an order temporarily enjoining both parties from engaging...
