In this healthcare-liability case, the appellants, Christus Health and Christus Health Gulf Coast d/b/a Christus St. Catherine Health & Wellness Center (collectively), ("Christus"), appeal from the trial court's judgment after a jury trial. Christus does not challenge the jury's finding of negligence, but on appeal challenges certain damage awards and the apportionment of court costs. For the reasons explained below...
