This appeal arises from a premises liability lawsuit brought by appellant, Javier L. Beltran (Beltran), against appellee, Brookshire Grocery Company d/b/a Brookshire Food Stores (Brookshire). Following a jury verdict, the trial court entered a take-nothing judgment in favor of Brookshire.
