This appeal concerns the trial court's division of foreign assets in a divorce action between Jeffrey B. Collins (Husband) and Debra Denise Collins (Wife). On appeal, Husband contends Wife, during the pendency of the divorce, signed a settlement agreement waiving her interest in the property in exchange for $1.5 million.
