Appellants, Pakal Enterprises, Inc. ("Pakal") and Rene Dominguez, appeal the trial court's dismissal of their suit against appellees, Lesak Enterprises LLC d/b/a Pro Surv and Toby P. Couchman (collectively, "Lesak"), for failure to comply with Chapter 150 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
