Rawhide Mesa-Partners, Ltd. sued Brown McCarroll, L.L.P., Kell Mercer1, and Lynn Butler alleging negligence, gross negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act2.
