KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.

Appellant Donald Francis Bernard appeals the trial court's judgment and sentence of forty years for murdering his wife. In his only issue, appellant challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's finding that appellant did not prove that he caused his wife's death under the immediate influence of sudden passion arising from an adequate cause.
