Appellants, Jose Pedro Gonzalez and Esperanza Gonzalez, appeal the trial court's rendition of a declaratory judgment that determined the Gonzalezes did not properly exercise their right to redeem property that had been sold at a tax foreclosure sale. In two issues, the Gonzalezes argue that the trial court erred in finding that the property was not their homestead and that they had not properly exercised their rights...
