Gassaway, Judge of the County Court at Law No. 2 of McLennan County, to set aside an order denying his plea to the jurisdiction and motion to transfer under section 21.002 of the Property Code which requires a statutory county court to transfer a condemnation proceeding to a district court if "the case involves an issue of title....
