In this appeal from a turnover order, appellant Charlita Ayllene Marrs raises two issues: (1) the trial court erred in ordering the turnover of her exempt wages paid directly to a bankruptcy trustee under a wage order; and (2) the trial court erred in adjudicating the substantive rights of the parties relating to the invalidity of a promissory note and owelty deed of trust in the turnover action.
