By petition, Appellant, S.M.C., was charged with the offense of possessing a prohibited weapon, namely, knuckles, on the physical premises of his junior high school in violation of Texas Penal Code 46.03(a)(1). TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 46.03(a)(1), 46.05(a)(6) (West Supp. 2010).
