In this appeal from a jury verdict, Michael C. Mewhinney contends the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Mewhinney generally contends there is no evidence to support the jury's findings and the evidence conclusively established he was entitled to a verdict in his favor.
