Opinion by Justice CARTER.
In 2004, Robert George Lively was convicted of theft by check in an amount more than $1,500.00 but less than $20,000.00, and was placed on community supervision for a period of five years. For the second time, the State moved to revoke Lively's community supervision based on failure to pay court costs, fines, and restitution.
