Thomas Petroleum, Inc. and Thomas Fuels, Lubricants and Chemicals (collectively, Thomas) appeal the trial court's confirmation of an arbitration award in favor of Gregory Morris, Thomas Fuels's former employee. Morris worked as a truck driver delivering fuel to customers. A fellow truck driver stabbed and seriously injured Morris in a knife attack over a dispute about a truck assignment.
