After the parties' industrial construction contract went awry, a jury awarded over $300 million in contract, tort, and punitive damages to the construction project's general contractor and its insurer and against the project owner and its primary investor. Thereafter, the trial court partially granted the project owner's motion for JNOV, thereby disregarding the jury's tort and punitive findings and entering judgment...
