ACCI Forwarding, Inc., Alejandro De La Miyar, and Irma Maldonado Rullan, (collectively, "ACCI,") appeal from a $55,800.00 judgment against them. ACCI was sued by Gonzalez Warehouse Partnership ("GWP"), and a jury found in favor of GWP on its claims for trespass and nuisance. The trial court rendered judgment on the verdict.
