Edward Alexander Romo ("Romo") appeals from a judgment enjoining certain conduct and requiring him to pay restitution, civil penalties, and attorney's fees for violating the Texas Mortgage Broker License Act (the "Broker Act") and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act ("DTPA").
