This is an appeal from a no-evidence summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, Edwin Maldonado (Maldonado). In two issues, appellants, Richard Webb Sr., Erma Webb, Richard Jones, and Carmen Hollins (collectively, the Webbs), contend the trial court erred because Maldonado's assertion of his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in a civil case is against public policy and is sufficient by itself...
