This is a restricted appeal from the post-answer default judgment. Thomas Brown d/b/a B & B Construction sued Philip Ogbolu, President d/b/a Allied Builders, Inc. for breach of contract. Allied Builders, Inc. filed a counterclaim against Brown, and when Brown did not appear at trial the trial court rendered a default judgment against him. The default judgment dismissed Brown's claims, found there was no jurisdiction...
