This case involves a bill of review filed by Kaye Bassman International Corp. ("KBIC") to challenge a default judgment against KBIC in favor of John A. Broderick, Inc. d/b/a Worldbridge Partners ("Worldbridge"). The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Worldbridge and awarded Worldbridge attorney's fees calculated based on a finding the parties had reached a valid rule 11 settlement. See TEX.R.
