A jury convicted appellant Joung Youn Kim of prostitution, a class B misdemeanor. The trial court sentenced appellant to twenty days in jail with a credit for two days and a five hundred dollar fine. Appellant raises two issues on appeal. The appellant contends in her first issue that the trial judge commented on the weight of the evidence by resuming the trial on day two without an interpreter after the court...
