OPINION

HOLLIS HORTON, Justice.

Jamaal Clarence Staten pled "no contest" to possession of marijuana in trial cause number 99797. The trial court found the evidence sufficient to find Staten guilty, but deferred further proceedings, placed Staten on community supervision for two years, and assessed a fine of $500. The State subsequently filed a motion to revoke Staten's unadjudicated community supervision for violating the conditions of his community supervision...
