Appellant, Irene V. Rodriguez, is a notary public. A jury found appellant guilty of holding herself out as an attorney, and the trial court assessed punishment at ten years' confinement, probated, and a $1,000 fine. On appeal, appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence in support of the verdict, and she asserts the trial court erred in overruling her motion for new trial.
