After entering a plea bargain agreement, Kleodis Byrd Roberts pled guilty to a charge of theft, which was enhanced by prior convictions. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 12.42, 31.03 (West Supp.2010). The trial court sentenced Roberts to serve two years in the Correctional Institutions Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
