In this appeal from a no-evidence and traditional summary judgment, Amanda Ward contends the trial court erred in dismissing her claims against ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. d/b/a LDC Collection Systems ("ACS") for negligence per se violations of the transportation code and occupations code, and for violation of the debt collection act.
