JOHNSON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KELLER, P.J., PRICE, WOMACK, KEASLER, HERVEY, HOLCOMB, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

Appellee, William Rodney Wilson, did not dispute the state's recitation of facts in its brief before the court of appeals. That recitation reflects that, in 1987, appellee plead guilty to an indictment that alleged felony driving while intoxicated (DWI) and true to two allegations of prior DWI convictions...
