The appellee, TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Co., L.P. ("TGS") sued the appellants, Reservoir Systems, Inc., and Reservoir's president and owner, Axel Sigmar, for breach of contract and fraud arising out of a failed business venture. Reservoir asserted counterclaims.
