This interlocutory appeal follows the trial court's refusal to dismiss the health care liability claims of appellees Jane Golenko, Jean Miller, and Judy Miller, Individually and on behalf of the Estate of Nell Connally, against Christian Care Centers, Inc. Christian Care complains the trial court erred by denying its motion to dismiss because appellees' experts are not qualified to render opinions contained in their reports...
