In this original proceeding, relator Etta Sthran seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the trial court to vacate the portion of its March 29, 2010 "Order Granting in Part Motion to Compel Arbitration and Motion to Dismiss or Stay" that orders arbitration of relator's individual claims against real party in interest "Forest Lane Healthcare Center and THI of Texas at Forest Lane, LLC" ("Forest Lane").1
