This interlocutory appeal follows the trial court's refusal to dismiss LaToya Fossett's health care liability claims against Roosevelt Taylor, Jr., M.D. Dr. Taylor contends the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss, which challenged the sufficiency of Fossett's initial and supplemental expert reports, and by denying him attorney's fees and costs.
